Once we meet, you'll find our accessible vehicles waiting, ready to whisk you away safely to your Athens accommodation. About your hotel: They've got enough super comfy accessible rooms that have got your back. Beds are set at a cozy 23in height, toilets, and sinks are dialed in at 19 and 33in, and they've got those handy grab bars. The roll-in showers with a chair are ready for action, and the doorways are 32in width. Everything's set up so you can move without missing a beat. Oh, and of course, we've got the essentials like a fridge and phone, so you're covered.

  • If you need to make changes to your booking, like canceling some or all of it, here's what you need to know. To officially cancel your trip, we need to get written confirmation from you. Just reach out to your Travel Expert and they'll help you with the process. Consider:
  • 1) If you let us know more than 60 days before your trip, we'll keep your deposit as a credit for you to use later.
  • 2) If you let us know between 45 and 59 days before your trip, we'll charge a 30% fee of the total booking cost and we'll keep the rest of your deposit as a credit for you to use later.
  • 3) If you let us know between 44 and 30 days before your trip, we'll charge a 60% fee of the total booking cost and we'll keep the rest of your deposit as a credit for you to use later.
  • 4) If you let us know 29 days or fewer before your trip, we'll charge a 100% fee of the total booking cost.
  • 5) No-show or not used portions of the trip are non-refundable.
  • But no matter what, we'll do our best to make this process as easy as possible for you. If a trip or activity cannot take place due to extraordinary circumstances (extreme weather events, social movements, war, earthquakes, epidemics, etc), a full refund cannot be guaranteed.
