đDue to recent regulations in Kruger Park, travel dates will be confirmed 11 months prior to the trip. While the dates are generally set, minor adjustments may occur. As a precaution, we strongly advise against purchasing your flights until you receive confirmation months prior to your trip.

The guides/staff members with experience assisting people with disabilities are available to offer support, however, it is not personalized one-on-one assistance 100% of the time.
Transportation
A wheelchair-accessible vehicle with a hydraulic lift for airport shuttles and during the trip. The off-road vehicles used within the national park and the reserve are not equipped with a ramp. We offer participants the convenience of assisted transfers from their wheelchairs to the vehicle seat, with the support of trained staff, eliminating the need for independent transfers.

All the places during guided tours are accessible, but may have uneven terrain and require extra assistance

Important Information
This tour has a maximum capacity of 10 people (up to 4 wheelchair users)
A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot on the tour. The remaining 70% must be paid 60 days before the trip start date.
Group tours will accept new travelers until 45 days prior to the start date.
This tour must have a minimum of 8 participants to take place at the listed price. If the minimum is not reached, the tour still may be able to occur at a higher price, to avoid this we recommend sharing double rooms.
If you want your own room there is a single supplement additional charge of $1,300 USD.
The vehicles during game drives have standard seating and will require participants to transfer from their wheelchairs to the seats with assistance.
Day tours in Cape Town might change in order due to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
This tour does not include personalized assistance or one-on-one support for individual participants. While we strive to create an inclusive and accommodating environment, it is important to understand that participants need to be reasonably independent in order to fully participate in the tour.
Our tour includes walking-rollin tours, visits to tourist sites, and dining at restaurants, which may involve small physical challenges that participants should be able to manage independently or with the help of their own support person or caregiver.

Cancellation Policies
We understand that things come up and plans change. To officially cancel your trip, we need to get written confirmation from you. Just reach out to your Travel Expert and they'll help you with the process.
1) If you let us know more than 60 days before your trip, the deposit is non-refundable.
2) If you let us know between 45 and 59 days before your trip, we'll charge a 30% fee of the total booking cost.
3) If you let us know between 44 and 30 days before your trip, we'll charge a 60% fee of the total booking cost.
4) If you let us know 29 days or fewer before your trip, we'll charge a 100% fee of the total booking cost.
5) No-show or not used portions of the trip are non-refundable.
No matter what, we'll do our best to make this process as easy as possible for you.
If a trip or activity cannot take place due to extraordinary circumstances (extreme weather events, social movements, war, earthquakes, epidemics, etc), a full refund cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured, the Wheel the World team will do its best to offer the best arrangements possible.
