Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi access, a flat-screen TV, and toiletries are standard in all guest rooms at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa. Certain rooms also give guests a panoramic ocean view. There are accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility with a roll-in shower with grab bars and a shower seat, with fixed grab bars positioned by the toilet. 

Guests at the resort can dine in any of the eight a la carte restaurants, which serve cuisine from Thailand, Italy, Japan, India, and Mexico; there is also a steak restaurant for meat lovers and two restaurants with open-air kitchens that prepare gourmet dishes in front of your eyes. The resort is also home to 19 bars, including a 24-hour sports bar, a bar serving healthy cocktails, and a swim-up bar in the pool.
