Base Price

With a short turning radius, rechargeable batteries, and an adjustable padded seat, this powered wheelchair rental will allow people with reduced mobility to explore Cancun safely and conveniently.

The battery takes 500 minutes to charge fully, runs up to 20 miles, and has 5 levels of speed with a maximum of 4mph. It has a capacity of 136 kg, and the height from the seat to the floor is 120 cm. It has a removable headrest, movable armrests, backrest support, and a seatbelt.

On this 6-hour private, guided tour of Tulum, you'll explore this archeological site and marvel at its breathtaking views. You'll be picked up from your hotel by an accessible van at 8:00 AM. Upon arrival, you can either take an accessible bus with a wheelchair lift that will take you to the entrance booth or walk or wheel for 10 minutes to get there. 

The guided tour will take you to the ruins perched over the sea. You'll get close to the Castle, the Temple of the Frescoes, and the House of the Halach Unic. After the tour, you can shop for souvenirs at the on-site store. Paths have dirt floors, are fairly accessible, have ramps, and are mostly flat and spacious. However, some ramps are steep, and the paths can get slippery with puddles if it rained recently. Don't worry! Your professional guides can help!

There is an accessible restroom at the entrance booth, and most paths are accessible for manual and motorized wheelchairs. Transportation is accessible: both the van and the bus have enough space for wheelchair users and have a ramp entrance. Guides will be able to assist you. Don't forget your camera and sunscreen!

Chichen Itzá

On this full-day private, guided tour of Chichen Itza and Valladolid, you'll discover two of the most incredible ancient cities in the world! Chichen Itza is a Mayan ruin declared a Unesco wonder, and it houses massive temples and Mayan ballcourts that will make you travel back in time and leave you speechless!

You'll be picked up at 8:00 AM from your Cancun hotel and transferred to Chichen Itza in the accessible vehicle. After the 3-hour ride with accessible bathroom stops on your way, you'll arrive at the archeological site. The entrance has a ramp to the ticket booth and entryway, which is flat and cemented, making it easy to navigate. 

As you explore the ancient city on the 2.5-hour tour, you'll come across spectacular views and many paths of tightly packed dirt scattered with slightly loose and embedded stones and occasional tree roots that you'll need to navigate. But don't worry! The trails are wide, it's easy to move around, and your guide will be available to help. 

After the accessible tour through the mystical city, the van will take you to a regional food restaurant. The restaurant’s facilities are accessible, and the Saamal Cenote is inside. Despite not being accessible, you will be able to appreciate its majesty. After a delicious meal, you'll return to your hotel in an accessible van. The ride is 3 hours long; you'll arrive at your Cancun hotel at about 8:00 PM. 

This tour was designed for people with disabilities. There are accessible restrooms on your way to Chichen Itza, at the site's entrance building, and at the restaurant. Places are navigable for wheelchair users. If any obstacle presents itself, guides are available to help. Transportation is accessible: the van has a ramp entrance and enough interior space for a wheelchair user to travel comfortably.
