Lewis & Clark Exploratory Center Darden Towe Park in Charlottesville aims to educate with hands-on exhibitions and activities. With displays inspired by Lewis and Clark’s journals, written on their nineteenth-century expedition to explore the American West, you and your family will learn about diverse topics in an interactive, fun way.

The place has a slightly steep ramp to enter, and the building has a step-free entrance. There are accessible parking spaces designated for people with disabilities, a step-free restroom with a toilet with grab bars, a terrace with paved and grass floors, step-free exhibition rooms, and a seating area.
