Trained staff assist travelers with accessibility needs throughout airport procedures, including helping them until they board the plane and assisting with mobility. Accessible information desks offer details on accessibility and general information
Check-in counters and alternative security checkpoints are accessible to wheelchair users, and a feedback system is available for those with accessibility needs to share their experiences.
Guidance for people with hearing disabilities: closed captions, written information, visual alerts for emergency situations, visual cues for crucial information, and staff proficient in American Sign Language.

Ground transportation
The airport does not operate traditional shuttle buses within the terminals. However, accessible automated people movers connect Terminals A/B to the train station and to their respective airsides. In Terminal C, mobility carts are available for passengers with reduced mobility. Airlines also offer wheelchair assistance through skycap services between terminals and gates.
There is an accessible shuttle service from the parking to the airport entrance.
There is an available tram service with accessible designated seating areas for wheelchair users and for semi-ambulatory persons with reduced mobility.
