Wheel the World is a travel company that makes it easy for people with disabilities to book accessible experiences with confidence. They provide verified accessibility information for hotels so travelers know exactly what to expect.
For the Amputee Coalition National Conference, taking place January 13–15, 2026, Wheel the World has partnered with the Amputee Coalition to handle all hotel bookings for attendees.
This partnership ensures you’ll get exclusive group rates, verified accessible room options, and the opportunity to stay at the same hotel where the event takes place—bringing the whole community together under one roof.
By booking through this page, you’ll enjoy:
Special event rates reserved for conference attendees
Stay at the hotel where the event takes place
Be surrounded by the Amputee Coalition community throughout your stay

Secure your spot at the Amputee Coalition National Conference hotel for January 13–15, 2026, by filling out the reservation form.
Once you complete the form, you’ll be directed to pay for your first night to confirm your booking.
Accessible rooms are limited, so we recommend booking early!
