How to Enter: • To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow the instructions provided on Wheel the World's official social media channels or website during the Entry Period. • Entries must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided. • Only one entry per person is allowed. Winner Selection: • The Giveaway winner will be selected through a meticulous process, adhering to Wheel the World's criteria, from a randomly chosen pool of participants. We will ensure strict compliance with all entry rules and assess their suitability for the trip. Wheel the World reserves the right to choose the winner. • The winner will be announced the week of November 20th, 2023 via Wheel the World's official social media channels and website. Prize: • The prize consists of 1, $1,500 Wheel the World travel gift card. • The gift card can be used for any Wheel the World group tours, multi-day trips, or hotels listed on our website. • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. • Gift card can be used in conjunction with Wheel the World special offers, discounts. Model Release: • The winner agrees to sign a model release granting Wheel the World the right to use their name, image, likeness, and any materials created during the trip (such as photographs and videos) for promotional and communication purposes without further compensation. • The winner and their companion retain the right to use their own names, images, and likenesses for personal use and promotion. Privacy and Marketing: • By participating in the Giveaway and providing contact information, participants agree to join Wheel the World's database.
