Yes, we allow certain changes depending on your preferences! You can add or remove days, modify the order of activities, change the hotel, or adjust the number of tours. However, full customization of itineraries is not available. If you need to add or remove nights, please include that information in your request message.
You’ll have a direct line of communication with us throughout your entire trip, so support is always just a message or call away. However, there won’t be a guide with you 24/7. Keep in mind that most activities in the itinerary are guided to ensure you have the support you need. If you have specific questions about your trip, feel free to ask!
We carefully evaluate each request based on the destination and your specific accessibility needs to make sure you have the best possible experience. In most cases, staying in a different hotel is a possible option! Share your preferences with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Equipment such as wheelchairs is not included. If you require specific equipment or support, please let us know in advance. We’ll work with you to ensure the necessary arrangements are made for a comfortable and accessible experience.
Airport transfers are typically included, while transfers to tours and activities vary depending on the destination and itinerary of the Multiday trip. Each trip detail outline which transfers are covered and which are not. If you have any specific questions, don’t hesitate to request a quote and discuss your needs with us.
While we don’t handle flight or train bookings directly, we’re happy to assist with coordinating other travel details to ensure a seamless experience once you arrive at your destination.
Pricing for solo travelers can be slightly higher due to certain factors, but we’re happy to discuss your options. Feel free to send us a request, and we’ll work together to find the best solution for your trip.
