You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to taste authentic Indian cuisine and to visit local monuments.

This itinerary includes visits to accessible monuments and there will be occasional stops with accessible bathroom facilities. The transportation is not wheelchair-accessible but your guide will provide assistance for you to transfer. All accommodation throughout the trip is wheelchair accessible.

You’ll have some time to rest, unpack, go out for dinner, and get ready for the adventures that await you for the next 10 days.

You’ll start your day at the hotel with a complimentary breakfast and then have a pick-up service from the hotel and a transfer to Qutab Minar, an impressive 5-storey tower and the site of the first ever mosque in India. This day also includes a visit to the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, a Sikh house of worship where you can enjoy the atmosphere. You’ll then have lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, you can go back to your hotel or go with your guide to a local market or garden. Dinner at the hotel is included.

You’ll first check into your accessible room at the Courtyard by Marriott Agra hotel and have lunch and then have a 2-hour tour of the Taj Mahal, which is mostly wheelchair-accessible. Then you’ll have a 15-minute drive to Agra Fort, a 16th-century red sandstone fort built by the Mughals. The fort is mostly wheelchair-accessible and your guide will point out different features of the fort and tell you about its rich history. You’ll have the rest of the day free to relax at your hotel.

The last stop of the day is the 18th-century astronomical observatory, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is fully wheelchair-accessible.
