Overview

Edge Observation Deck is located in the westside Hudson Yards neighborhood in New York City. On a 52-second elevator ride, you will arrive at the viewing platform, 1100 feet from the ground floor. With glass walls and floors, you will observe the city’s skyline and its busy streets from another perspective. The experience is complete with audiovisual exhibits about the neighborhood’s ecological policies and groundbreaking engineering on its construction process. 

With a restaurant, bar, and a gift shop on-site, the building has an accessible family restroom with a changing table included. Guide dogs are welcome, assistive listening and captioning devices are available on the box office located on the 4th floor. With ramp and elevator accesses, the building is wheelchair accessible.

Yes! An adult must accompany children under 12 during their visit. Children 5 years old or younger do not need a ticket and may visit Edge when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Edge is located on Level 100, with high speed elevators taking you up in 52 seconds.

Yes! There is a restaurant on-site. Bringing your food to the observation deck is not allowed.

Between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily. The last elevator ride is 50 minutes before closing.
