Immerse yourself in the heart of Manhattan at our iconic Central Park hub, or journey to our lovely spot in Prospect Park for special activities designed just for children with disabilities as part of our Achilles Kids program. We've got plenty to keep you moving and having fun, from adaptive cycling sessions to guided workouts.

Manhattan Central Park Activities:

Loeb Boathouse: Join us for adaptive cycling on Tuesdays at 5:00 PM and Saturdays at 9:30 AM.

Engineer's Gate: Be part of our run/walk sessions or the Achilles Kids program on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 9:30 AM.

Interested in joining us but located outside of NYC? Don't worry - we have chapters in Long Island and New Jersey too!

We've recently revamped our workout registration system to make your experience smoother and more enjoyable. With this, you can access workout opportunities in your region, track your participation, and much more. To join us, all you need to do is register via our community management tool, Rosterfy. We also require a background check through our partner, Sterling Volunteers, for everyone's safety. Don't worry; it's a quick and straightforward process!

Remember, when signing up for a workout, make sure to do so at least 12 hours in advance. You can also plan ahead and sign up for workouts up to four weeks in advance!

At Achilles, we truly believe in fitness for everyone. Whether you're tackling your first mile, eager for a weekly walk, or ready to conquer the Abbott World Marathon Majors, we're here to support you. We welcome people with a wide range of abilities, including but not limited to: blindness or low vision, deafness or hard of hearing, cognitive, developmental, and intellectual disabilities, limb loss, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries and we're incredibly proud to serve and welcome our military veterans.

  • Please note that the price featured is the lowest price available based on 2 people traveling. Please get in touch with our travel experts to know what rates apply for your traveling dates / number of participants.

  • This trip can be arranged for customers traveling by themselves. Assistants and trained guides will be hired to assist and help out with the logistics needed.
