This 7-day accessible adventure will give you a taste of the wonders of Japan. The tour includes guided visits around Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, where you’ll learn about Japan’s history and culture and see some of the country’s most iconic sights, including Osaka Castle and Tokyo’s Harajuku district. This package includes accessible transportation, three meals per day and accommodation.

This tour is accessible to people with disabilities and includes stays in hotels with accessible rooms. English-speaking guides will be on hand to help you to transfer into vehicles and to accompany you to the train stations and airport. Your luggage will also be transferred ahead of you so that you don’t have to worry about carrying it. When you arrive at your soon-to-be-selected hotel, your guaranteed accessible room will be waiting for you. You’ll have some free time to relax, unpack, and get ready for the adventures that await you over the next 6 days.

You will have a half-day tour of Tokyo, visiting highlights such as the shrine to the Emperor Meji and his consort, the Empress Shoken. This shrine is set across from Yoyogi Park, where you can enjoy a moment to explore the paths through the trees in this oasis within a city. You’ll then visit the trendy district of Harajuku and explore some of the cool clothes shops. The last stop on the half-day tour will be Shibuya Crossing, the busiests pedestrian crossing in the world, and then return to your hotel at midday. You can spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing or contact your travel expert to organize additional activities.

Your guide will come to your hotel at 9:00 and will help you to transfer into your private vehicle. The day begins with a visit to Hama-Rikyu Garden, a scenic space where you can be outside and enjoy a traditional snack. You’ll then board a boat and do a river cruise to Asakusa, where you’ll visit a temple and can do some souvenir shopping. Then you’ll head to Tokyo Skytree, the world’s tallest standalone communication tower. The last stop on the tour is the Imperial Palace, where you can visit the gardens and see the remains of the 7 innermost circles of defense of the Palace. You’ll return to your hotel at 5:00 PM.

Your suitcase will be shipped for you so you just need to carry the essentials for the day. You’ll arrive in Hakone at 11:00 and transfer into a private vehicle. This region is known for its beautiful views of Mount Fuji and its landscape that changes with the seasons. You'll catch a cable car up to Owakudani Crater, from which Mount Fuji can be seen on a clear day. Then you’ll board a boat and sail across Lake Ashi. In the afternoon, you will visit an outdoor sculpture park where you can snap photos and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Afterwards, you’ll return to your hotel to relax.

You’ll be taken to your hotel at approximately 5:00 PM, where you can rest after a busy day.

You will first go to the UmedaSky Building where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the city from the observatory deck. You’ll then spend some time in Osaka Castle, one of the most famous in all of Japan, and then you can choose to do an optional visit to Kuromon Market, a covered space with stalls selling food and souvenirs. Lastly, you’ll learn about Osaka’s foodie culture by going to Dotonbori, where you can try the delicious local cuisine. You’ll be dropped off at your hotel at approximately 5:00 PM to enjoy a leisurely evening.
