The chair is very uncomfortable, it has like 3 or 4 metalic separate tables. The door of the room is extremely dificult to open by myself

I booked two private tours and they both were fantastic!!

At the hotel entrance there was a big step with a steep ramp. There was no way for a power wheelchair user to get over these barriers. We had to rent a manual wheelchair to go in and out of the hotel, requiring two persons to lift/push the wheelchair. The staff said there is no other entrances available to get in or out of the premises.

Excellent planning

It was a good hotel with a good location. The staffing was good, the restaurant next to it had good meals.

I could not have done the Colosseum without Giorgio, he was knowledgeable, helpful and parted the crowds like Mose for me to get through without being trampled.

Service was excellent

using an accessible bathroom worked well. Bathroom was a bit small for a manual wheelchair. If I have an electric I don't know if I would have even been able to get into the bathroom itself.

Room worked out well. Bathroom and shower very accessible. Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. Hotel was very clean

The hotel misrepresented the accommodations. We were told that there was a roll-in shower with a fold-down shower bench--they even showed a picture of the bathroom with the roll-in shower. The room they gave me had a tub and they offered to lend me a wobbly little shower chair. Apparently, they have one room with the roll-in but had been rented long-term.
