The following terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. They apply to all our services made available online. By accessing this website, we assume that you have read and understood, and that you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please do not continue to use Wheel the World website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The relationship that we have with our partners and Tour Providers are governed by separate terms and conditions. Each Tour Provider acts in a professional manner vis-à-vis Wheel the World when making its product/service available on Wheel the World website. Please note that Tour Providers may have additional terms and conditions.

Code of Good Practices

Our mission is to empower people with disabilities to explore the world without limits. In order to do so, we follow these good practices:

  • We care about you: we offer premium customer service.
  • We constantly develop new products to always offer more travelling options to you.
  • We try and test the activities and accommodation provided on our website, in order to guarantee a smooth experience for all travellers.
  • We promise you an informative and user-friendly website.


  • "Wheel the World", "the Company", "Ourselves", "Us", "We" or "Our" means our company: Wheel the World, an incorporated company, registered at 95 Third Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States of America.
  • "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions.
  • "Party ", "Parties ", or "Us ", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
  • "Tours" means the various different travel products and services that can be ordered by you from the Tour Provider, via us.
  • "Tour Reservation" means the order, purchase, payment, booking or reservation of a Tour.
  • Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Nature of our Service

Through the website, we (Wheel the World) provide an online platform through which Tour Providers can offer their products and service for purchase, reservation, hire.

The information that we disclose on the website is based on the information provided to us by Tour Providers. We verify the information as much as we can but cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors, inaccurate, misleading or untrue information.

Our Service is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor, display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, tickets, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.


The prices offered are competitive. All prices for your Trip are displayed including VAT/sales tax and all other taxes and fees, unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email. Applicable fees and taxes (including tourist/city tax) may be charged by the Tour Provider in the event of a no-show or cancellation.

The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary.

Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding.


We employ the use of cookies. By using Wheel the World's website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Wheel the World's privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting.

Prepayment, cancellation, no-show and fine print

By making a Tour Reservation with a Tour Provider, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that Tour Provider, and to any additional terms and conditions of the Tour Provider that may apply to your Tour (including the important information made available on our website and the relevant house rules of the Tour Provider). The relevant terms and conditions of a Tour Provider can be obtained with the relevant Tour Provider.

The general cancellation and no-show policy is the following one:

  • Cancellation of the trip can be made without penalty up to 50 days before the trip.
  • Cancellations made between 36 and 49 days before the trip will have a surcharge of 50%
  • Cancellations within the 35 days prior to the trip will have a cancellation charge of 100%.
  • The same conditions apply in the case of the cancellation of an individual client. No shows will be treated as a cancellation and will incur 100% cancellation fee.

Applicable city/tourist tax may still be charged by the Tour Provider in the event of a no-show or charged cancellation.

Please note that a Tour Reservation which requires down payment or prepayment may be cancelled without prior notice of default or warning in case the relevant amount(s) cannot be collected in accordance with our general payment policy or the specific policy of the Tour Provider as mentioned on the product page.

Please carefully read the important information on the product pages of our website and in your reservation confirmation for additional policies.

If you have a late or delayed arrival on the meeting / check-in date, make sure to promptly communicate this with the Tour Provider so they know when to expect you, to avoid cancellation of your Tour or charge of the no-show fee. Our customer service department can help you if needed with informing the Trip Provider. Wheel the World does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation by the Tour Provider.

Correspondence and communication

By completing a Tour Reservation, you agree to receive:

  • - an email which we may send after your reservation, to rate the experience with our website and customer service
  • - an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information and offers relevant to your Tour and destination,
  • - an email which we may send after arrival to rate the experience with your Tour Provider
  • - an email which we may send after your stay inviting you to share your experience via a guest review

Wheel the World disclaims any liability or responsibility for any communication by or with the Tour Provider on or through its platform.

In order to duly complete and secure your Tour Reservation, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number or credit card number.

Any claim or complaint against Wheel the World must be promptly submitted, but in any event within 30 days after the scheduled day of consummation of the product or service (e.g. check out date). Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 30 days period, may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit its right to any (damage or cost) compensation.


Only customers who have booked and experienced a Tour featured on Wheel the World website will be invited to comment on their Tour. The completed guest review may be published on Wheel the World website and onto the relevant Tour Provider's page, for the purpose of informing customers of your opinion of the service and quality of the Tour Provider, and wholly or partly used and placed by Wheel the World for marketing, promotion, or improvement of our service reasons, on our website, social media platforms, newsletters, or other channels used by the company and our business partners.

We reserve the right to adjust, translate, refuse, or remove reviews at our sole discretion. Wheel the World does not compensate or otherwise reward a customer for completing a review.

Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the Tour Reservation confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events).

However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our employees or partners involved in making available the website and its contents shall be liable for

  • - any inaccuracy relating to the descriptive information of the Tour Provider
  • - any personal injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to legal acts, errors, negligence, omissions, non-performance, tort or strict liability by or attributable to the Tour Provider or any of our other business partners (including any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives, subcontractors or affiliated companies) whose products or services are made available, including any partial or full cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
