Important Information

  • This tour has a maximum capacity of 10 people, with a total of 5 power wheelchair users or 5 manual wheelchair users + companions. Maximum 10 people.

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure your spot on the tour ($200 usd is non-refundable). The remaining 80% must be paid 30 days before the trip start date.

  • Group tours will accept new travelers until 45 days prior to the start date.

  • This tour must have a minimum of 8 participants to take place at the listed price. If the minimum is not reached, the tour still may be able to occur at a higher price.

  • Rates offered are considered based on a double room occupancy. For single occupancy an extra fee will be required, reach out to our travel expert for details.

  • Speak with a travel expert to add extra days or activities after your group tour.

  • Both pools within the accommodation: Hotel Vila Galé Ópera do not count with a pool lift, but can be rented for an extra charge. Contact our travel experts!

Cancellation Policies

  • If you cancel up to 60 days before your check-in day, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable $200 USD.
  • If you cancel between 59 and 30 days before your check-in day, 25% of the total cost of your booking will be due.
  • If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your check-in day, 60% of the total cost of your booking will be due.
  • If you cancel less than 14 days before your check-in day, the total cost of your booking will be due.
  • If a trip or activity cannot take place due to extraordinary circumstances (bad weather, social movements, etc), a full refund cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured, the Wheel the World team will do their best to offer the best arrangements possible.
