This tour has a maximum capacity of 12 people, with a total of 4 power wheelchair users or 6 manual wheelchair users.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your spot on the tour. The remaining 80% must be paid 60 days before the trip start date.
Group tours will accept new travelers until 45 days prior to the start date.
This tour must have a minimum of 8 participants to take place at the listed price. If the minimum is not reached, the tour still may be able to occur at a higher price.
Rates offered are considered based on a double room occupancy. For single occupancy an extra fee will be required, reach out to our travel expert for details.
The vehicles during game drives have standard seating and will require participants to transfer from their wheelchairs to the seats with assistance.
Day tours in Cape Town might change in order due to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
This tour does not include personalized assistance or one-on-one support for individual participants. While we strive to create an inclusive and accommodating environment, it is important to understand that participants need to be reasonably independent in order to fully participate in the tour.

We totally understand that things come up and plans change. To officially cancel your trip, we need to get written confirmation from you. Just reach out to your Travel Expert and they'll help you with the process.
1) If you let us know more than 60 days before your trip, we'll keep your deposit as a credit for you to use later.
2) If you let us know between 45 and 59 days before your trip, we'll charge a 30% fee of the total booking cost.
3) If you let us know between 44 and 30 days before your trip, we'll charge a 60% fee of the total booking cost.
4) If you let us know 29 days or fewer before your trip, we'll charge a 100% fee of the total booking cost.
5) No-show or not used portions of the trip are non-refundable.
No matter what, we'll do our best to make this process as easy as possible for you.
If a trip or activity cannot take place due to extraordinary circumstances (extreme weather events, social movements, war, earthquakes, epidemics, etc), a full refund cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured, the Wheel the World team will do its best to offer the best arrangements possible.
