You will be picked up from Cape Town International Airport in a wheelchair-accessible bus and shuttled to your hotel in Cape Town, one of South Africa’s three capital cities. Exploring Cape Town
After a good night’s rest and breakfast, your guide will meet you at the hotel in an accessible vehicle to explore the city of Cape Town. The day will begin with a drive through “The Mother City”, before heading to Table Mountain, where you will ride a cable car to the top and enjoy a beautiful perspective of the city and the sea. Then, you’ll drive to Signal Hill for more panoramic views of the city before heading to the Waterfront where you’ll grab a bite to eat and shop. Breakfast includedDay 3

Landscapes and penguins
Today you’ll visit the area that gave Cape Town its name. Explorer Francis Drake referred to it as “the fairest cape that we saw in the whole circumference of the globe.” After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at the hotel in an accessible vehicle for a full-day tour of the cape where False Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll stop at a penguin colony and drive along beautiful coastal roads. Breakfast includedDay 4

Wine Tasting & Winery Tour
After breakfast, your guide will be waiting to take you to the historic town of Stellenbosch, just outside of Cape Town. This ancient oak tree-shaded town is the second oldest town in South Africa and is the center of the country’s wine region. You’ll notice the Dutch influence as you tour the town and 2-3 nearby vineyards, where you’ll taste different wines from the region. Breakfast includedDay 5
Travel to Johannesburg
An accessible vehicle will meet you at your hotel in Cape Town and take you to the airport to catch your flight* to Johannesburg. The flight is not included. You’ll be picked up in an accessible vehicle to head to your hotel in Johannesburg. Breakfast includedDay 6
Travel to Tshukudu Private Game Reserve
After breakfast in Johannesburg, you’ll meet your guide and accessible vehicle for the journey to the Private Game Reserve. This magnificent reserve reintroduces animals to the wild and operates a lion breeding program. You’ll enjoy a traditional braai barbeque dinner in a boma under the stars. A boma is an outdoor area lit by candles and fire. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are included.Day 7
Tshukudu Private Game Reserve
You’ll wake up in your air conditioned, thatched roof bungalow at camp and join the rest of the group for breakfast. Today, you’ll go on game drives and get to know the lions that are part of the reserve’s breeding program up close. Breakfast, lunch & dinner includedDay 8
Tshukudu Private Game Reserve
On your last full day at the game reserve, you’ll experience game drives, bush walks, or wheels. You’ll have the chance to relax around the pool or observe the animals at the watering hole before ending your night with a final dinner in the boma. Breakfast, lunch & dinner includedDay 9
Travel to Kruger National Park
After breakfast, you’ll meet your guide and accessible vehicle for the journey to Kruger National Park. The park is made up of nearly 2 million hectares of land full of diverse flora and fauna. It’s one of the largest game reserves in Africa and a great place to spot the big 5: leopards, buffalo, rhinos, elephants, and lions. You’ll head east through the rolling grasslands of Highveld and stop for lunch on the way to the park.Day 10
Kruger National Park
You’ll spend your second day at Satara Camp exploring the nearby surroundings. The camp is located in the center of the park and is the best camp for big cat viewings, offering opportunities to spot cheetahs, leopards, and lions. Breakfast, lunch & dinner includedDay 11
Kruger National Park
Today, you’ll move to a new camp within Kruger National Park. You’ll go on more drives to view the wildlife and natural habitat of the park and be able to practice your photography skills. You’ll enter on the south-western side of the park, and settle in at Skukuza camp. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are included.Day 12
Kruger National Park
On your last day at the game reserve, you’ll experience game drives, bush walks, or wheels. You’ll have the chance to relax around the pool or observe the animals at the watering hole before ending your night with a final dinner in the boma. Breakfast, lunch & dinner includedDay 13
Departure to Johannesburg
After breakfast at camp, you’ll make the scenic journey back to Johannesburg in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, where you’ll be dropped off at the airport to catch your flight home. Breakfast included

Important information
This tour has a maximum capacity of 10 people (up to 5 wheelchair users)
A 20% deposit is required to secure your spot on the tour. The remaining 80% must be paid 60 days before the trip start date.
Group tours will accept new travelers until 45 days prior to the start date.
This tour must have a minimum of 8 participants to take place at the listed price. If the minimum is not reached, the tour still may be able to occur at a higher price, to avoid this we recommend sharing double rooms.
If you want your own room there is a single supplement additional charge of $1400 USD.
The vehicles during game drives have standard seating and will require participants to transfer from their wheelchairs to the seats with assistance.
Day tours in Cape Town might change in order due to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
This tour does not include personalized assistance or one-on-one support for individual participants. While we strive to create an inclusive and accommodating environment, it is important to understand that participants need to be reasonably independent in order to fully participate in the tour.
Our tour includes walking-rollin tours, visits to tourist sites, and dining at restaurants, which may involve small physical challenges that participants should be able to manage independently or with the help of their own support person or caregiver.

Cancellation Policies
We totally understand that things come up and plans change. To officially cancel your trip, we need to get written confirmation from you. Just reach out to your Travel Expert and they'll help you with the process.
1) If you let us know more than 60 days before your trip, we'll keep your deposit as a credit for you to use later.
2) If you let us know between 45 and 59 days before your trip, we'll charge a 30% fee of the total booking cost.
3) If you let us know between 44 and 30 days before your trip, we'll charge a 60% fee of the total booking cost.
4) If you let us know 29 days or fewer before your trip, we'll charge a 100% fee of the total booking cost.
5) No-show or not used portions of the trip are non-refundable.
No matter what, we'll do our best to make this process as easy as possible for you.
If a trip or activity cannot take place due to extraordinary circumstances (extreme weather events, social movements, war, earthquakes, epidemics, etc), a full refund cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured, the Wheel the World team will do its best to offer the best arrangements possible.
