When you arrive at the diving center, set in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Valparaiso Bay, you will be met by your instructors and have a short briefing. You will then watch a video which will explain the necessary safety and technical information you will need to know for your scuba dive.

The diving center is accessible for people with mobility, visual, hearing and cognitive disabilities. There are disabled parking spaces, accessible bathroom and changing facilities and staff are trained to work with people of all abilities. The scuba diving training video has captions and auditory guidance will also be available.

Once you have received your training and put on all the scuba diving equipment, you will get into the water via a jetty with a ramp. Accompanied by 2 diving instructors, you will submerge to a depth of approximately 5 meters (16 feet) below the water. You will have a chance to explore beneath the surface, before returning to sea level.
