Glyfada Akti Beach

A place to relax after a cultural day sightseeing in Athens, Glyfada beach is 16 km (9.9 mi) away from Greece’s capital. Filled with hip cafes and delicious restaurants, the beach hosts many Athenians wanting to have a breath of fresh air. 

With accessible deck areas in the sand, the beach has SEATRAC technology, consisting of a fixed trail that submerges itself into the water that can take a wheelchair user in and out of the water in a safe and accessible way.
