On this accessible, informative tour, you’ll explore Haleakalā National Park with a certified guide. The tour begins with a morning pick-up service from your hotel and a drive to Haleakalā National Park. Here, you’ll go to the top of Haleakalā volcano and enjoy amazing views over the park. You may also spot some local flora and fauna and your guide will tell you about the region’s delicate ecology. The rest of the tour is a drive through upcountry Maui with frequent stops to memorable local destinations, including the cowboy town of Makawao and the pineapple plantation at Ha’iku. At the end of the tour, you’ll enjoy lunch in a cafe in the surfing town of Pa’ia before being dropped back off at your hotel. Throughout the tour, your guide will tell you about Hawaiian history and culture and can answer your questions.
This tour is accessible to people with disabilities. The vehicle has a wheelchair lift and some of the places visited have an accessible bathroom. Minimal assistance may be required in some places and your trained guide can help you, if you wish.
