Great hotel with handy NCP parking nearby. Good rooms and facilities, comfy bed, lovely staff on reception. One star off for one rude member of staff in the breakfast dining area; the rest were great. Would definitely stay again.

Good location. But not a 4 star hotel. Reception, lobby, lounge quite nice and the Marco Pierre White restaurant is a nice touch. But rooms and general facilities are pretty basic with simple furniture, coffee sachets etc. pretty much what you’d expect from a travelodge or holiday inn (part of IHG) for a much better rate. Rooms have poor sound proofing and I could hear word for word the TV next door.Stayed in Mar, 2025

This property was in a fantastic location! Close to the Beatles statue and the Royal Albert Docks. A few restaurants close by made for easy and tasty meals during my stay. The hotel lobby was designed well too. I wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner but really no problems with the hotel at all.Stayed in Feb, 2025
