Hotel is nice. Rooms are new and nice. Front desk check-in policy is ridiculous. We were in town for a tournament, and stopped in at the hotel at 1pm before heading to the gym. I was told my room was ready and vacant, but it would be a $25 fee to check in before 4pm. So my room sat empty for the next 7 hours, my luggage stayed in the cold car…it would have made no difference to the hotel to have my luggage sitting in my room, and to tack on a heavyhanded fee was the exact opposite of hospitality.
