Overview
On this private, accessible food tour, you’ll discover one of only three Japantowns in the United States. You’ll meet your guide at the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center and explore Downtown LA’s Little Tokyo together. You’ll visit some famous sites within the district, such as the Koyasan Buddhist Temple and the James Irvine Japanese Garden, and your guide will select some delicious food samples for you to try along the way. You’ll then cut across into the Art District to see the revamped industrial architecture and to have a snack from one of the city’s best food trucks. The tour will end with a visit to a gallery.
This tour is accessible to people with disabilities. A minimal level of assistance is required to navigate the route and the guide will be on hand to help as necessary. Several stops on the tour have an accessible bathroom.
